What is a Pink Slip?
A brief description of what it is, what it offers applicants
The Pink Slip allows passport holders of non-European Union countries to extend their stay in Cyprus for more than 3 months (90 days) up to one year. This also enables tourists and visitors to extend their stay in the country regardless of the duration of their initial visa. They must apply before the expiration of their current visa.
The Pink Slip in Cyprus is valid for 1 year and can be renewed on an annual basis. With this permit, an individual is allowed to live in Cyprus as a visitor (without the right to work). Moreover, their family members, spouse, and children (up to 25 years old) can obtain visitor status as dependents. The entire family applies together, with each family member submitting a separate application form and receiving their own temporary residence card.
